How to register on the Winbox app
Once the Winbox casino app or the H5 web version is open, creating an account takes a couple of minutes. Here's the order to do it in, and how to keep the account yours.

Before you register
Have these ready
You're 18 or over
Winbox is a casino app for adults only. Don't register if you are under 18.
Your own phone number
Use a number that's yours and that you can receive messages on. You may need it to verify the account or reset your password later.
A strong password
Pick one you don't use anywhere else, with a mix of letters and numbers. Write it somewhere only you can see.

Register in four steps
The form can change over time, so we don't list every field. The order stays the same.

Tap Register
On the first screen, tap Register (sometimes Sign up) rather than Log in.

Fill in your details
Enter the details the form asks for, using your own phone number and a strong password. If it asks for a verification code (OTP), enter the one sent to your phone.
TipType the code yourself. Never read it out or forward it to anyone.

Log in
Once the account is created, log in with your new details. The same account works in the app and on H5.
Account safety
Keep your account yours
Most lost accounts are handed over, not hacked. These habits stop that.
- Never share your password or OTP. Not with friends, agents, or anyone who says they're from support. Anyone who asks for them is a red flag.
- Be wary of people offering to "register for you". Whoever creates the account can keep the login. Always register yourself, on your own phone.
- Only use links you trust. Fake apps and look-alike sites copy the Winbox design to collect logins. See how to spot a fake download.
- Log out on shared phones. On a work or family phone, log out and close the H5 tab when you finish.
Can't log in?
Three things to try
Winbox MY Club is a guide, so we can't see or reset accounts. These steps sort out most login problems on your side.
Forgot your password
Use the forgot password option on the login screen if there is one. If not, contact Winbox customer service from inside the app or H5.
Details not accepted
Check you are using the exact phone number or username you registered with, and that Caps Lock or autocorrect hasn't changed your password.
The app won't open
Log in on the H5 web version instead. If the app itself is the problem, the install help page has fixes.

Do I register in the app or on H5?
Either works. Open the Winbox app or the H5 web version, tap Register, and follow the steps. Once you have an account, you can log in on both.

No. Register yourself, on your own phone, with your own number. Never share your password or the one-time code (OTP) sent to your phone, even with someone who says they are from support.
